Share a cycle your practice has run

We are collecting quality improvement cycles that Australian practices have run, and publishing the good ones for the rest of the sector to use. If your team has worked through a PDSA that changed something for the better, we would like to read it.

Why we are doing this

Good practices already hold most of the answers. The problem is that the work sits inside one practice and never travels. This library is our way of gathering the wisdom of practice operators who know their craft, and pushing it back out to the practices that need it. We would rather practices lift quality together than each solve the same problem alone.

Everything here is free to air. No login, no paywall, no catch. It is part of a wider effort to support the people who run general practice well.

What we are looking for

You get full credit

Every published cycle names the practice and the people who ran it, unless you ask us not to. The acknowledgement sits on the guide cover and its library page, the same place a sponsor would appear. It stays your work.

Put it to work for your practice

A published cycle is evidence that your practice takes quality seriously. You can point to it in a few ways.

How it works

  1. Send us a short outline of the cycle you ran.
  2. We draft it, run it past our clinical reviewer and build the interactive workbook.
  3. You check and approve the final version before anything goes live.
  4. We publish it with your practice named, and you use it however helps you.
